A quick checklist
IMPORTANT NOTE: This website is for reference only. It does not replace or supersede any content in the CRA Rulebook. Please refer to the CRA Rulebook for specifics.
Exhaust
All exhaust and exhaust hanger bolts must be locking nuts, safety wired, or doiuble-nutted
Rear brakes
Brake caliper mount must be wired on most bikes
Rear Axle
Rear axle must have a locking nut or be safety wired.
Front and Rear wheel
Must have metal value stem caps
Race Numbers
Numbers must be on the bike prior to Inspection. See Rulebook for details, but on most bikes you must have numbers on the front fairing and both sides of the bellypan.
Controls
Throttle must return with ease to closed position when released. Levers may not be ground down with exposed sharp edges. Kill switch must be operational.
Front Brakes
Caliper bolts must be properly safety wired. Pads must be sufficient to last the full weekend.
Oil filler and dipstick
Must be safety wired to prevent noticeable movement. Baby pins are allowed, but must meet the requirements as per the Rulebook

- Removal of street parts: Kickstand, lights, horn, turn signals and mirrors.

Bike Requirements

The wiring of specific areas on the bike with emphasis on all bolts/caps that contain fluid directly behind them as well as the braking system and exhaust muffler(s).
Bodywork
Fitment of bodywork with a removable belly pan
Used to capture liquids in the event of an
engine malfunction.
