BIR and the CRA did not get enough volunteers to make this event meet the criteria for safety. Unfortunately, we had to wait as long as possible to try to make this event happen. There is a slight possibility that BIR will reschedule. Waiting on official communication from them.

This type of event is something that the CRA/BIR will explore again in the future. With better organization and planning further out so all potential riders and volunteers have ample time to plan accordingly.
