CRA & CCS Combined Event

Discounted pricing available during pre-registration dates/time only.

Opens: Saturday, May 29 at 8 AM

Closes: Saturday, June 9 at 8 PM

Please refer to the CRA Rulebook for definitions of class/classes to register for. The June Event schedule is Double Sprints and Michelin Cup. The online store for Race Registration will remain open until and throughout the event weekend. Also, all sales are subject to state and local sales tax (the Treasurer made us state that).

A few reminders about online pre-registration…

  • 2018 CRA Membership documents, including reciprocating license and dues, must be completed in order to pre-register.  Membership documents and dues payment are available on the CRA Store currently and will remain available throughout the 2018 season.
  • A current CRA Competition License is required to pre-register (New Riders/Unlicensed Racers may not pre-register).
  • Access the online store at https://shop.cra-mn.com
  • New users will need to create an account (below).  All previous users of the CRA Store accounts are still active. If necessary use the “Forgot Your Password?” link on the login page (below).
  • Please do not reuse orders from previous events. Please pick from the options in the cart that are open for the event available.  Reusing a previously saved order will not show on the reports used for gridding races.

MyLaps Transponders

2018 Transponder Rental Changes

In order to simplify the rental transponder process for the 2018 season, we are implementing a new procedure.

  1. Purchase rental transponder on the CRA Store
  2. Complete one Transponder Rental Agreement form for the entire season and return it to Race Registration (No deposit required)
  3. Pick-up rental transponder at Race Registration during hours of operation
  4. Return transponder to Race Registration at the end of the race weekend
  5. Racers will continue to be held responsible for any damage or replacement cost for transponders damaged beyond repair, not returned, or lost.
  6. In the event, a transponder is not returned, is lost, or is damaged beyond repair the racers CRA store account will be placed on hold and racer will be unable to participate in CRA events until the transponder is returned or paid for.

I noticed that I had a ‘filter’ on a column when I posted first time…. Now this should be more accurate as to who will be on the gate list next week.

I believe I have all the edits and changes from over the off season done!

I have also removed MANY people that were on the list that worked zero points over the past year or two.  I would love to have any of those workers come back, but I wanted to make the gate list more manageable.

If you are planning on coming to the track in a couple weeks, and are NOT on this list Please email the worker liaison and I will get you ‘re-activated’

Michelin Cup Registration Instructions

Race Registration Procedure: Michelin Cup

Location in Store: Sprints→ Specialty→ Michelin Cup

The Michelin Cup is set-up like a Trophy Dash (GP0, GP1, GP2, GP3, and GP4). Please refer to the CRA Rulebook for specific guidelines.

Each GP will have four options:

  • Novice Michelin Tires
  • Novice Other Brand Tires
  • Expert Michelin Tires
  • Expert Other Brand Tires

Select the appropriate option.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Note: Tire manufacturer verification per registration will occur at Pit Zero before each race in series. The CRA holds the right to enforce section 2- General Rules of the rulebook for any violations.

Donnybrooke Garage Stall Rental

When the CRA hosts an event is on the Donnybrook Course, we are pleased to offer shelter to our racers from the unpredictable weather in Brainerd.

For the May 2018 Event, the CRA will be offering garage stalls for $40 per stall. Each stall can fit two bikes/racers.

Garage stalls can be purchased in the CRA store starting with pre-registration and through the end of the event weekend. Please remember to request a garage and stall number with when ordering.

Garage stall assignments will be posted on the CRA website the Wednesday before the event.
