Race Pricing
There are plenty of race entry costs to consider as you plan for your first weekend.
For example (2024 costs, tax included):
- Racer Wristband: $113.79
- Transponder Rental: $54.19 (Required if you do not have your own.)
- Friday Practice: $86.70/half day, $113.79/full day (or $97.54 with pre-reg discount)
- Sprint Races: $70.44/each (or $59.61 with pre-reg discount)
Then consider aside from race entry costs:
- Fuel
- Tires
- Gate entry (waived for all who volunteer)
The average race weekend could cost as little as $300, and as much as $3000 or more depending on how many races you enter, the type and amount of fuel you use, and even the food you eat. Of course this doesn’t include the cost of the motorcycle itself, safety gear, and spare parts! Regardless, motorcycle racing remains one of the most inexpensive forms of competitive racing available today.
